    • Helium inflated for pick up or delivery.  Delivery or pick up can be arranged by proceeding to your cart located on the top right of homepage

    • Paper Confetti balloons ARE A SAME DAY BALLOON 
    • ships flat with Canada post (not inflated)
    • clear balloons will opaque/oxidize.  This is normal for balloons but more obvious in clear latex balloons. Change of temperature speeds up the process.
