shipping charges

LolliLoot currently offers delivery service locally in Toronto + GTA, email us at info@lolliloot for more information.

For shipping we use standard shipping with Canada Post.

Please note additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to extreme remote destinations. We will contact you by phone after you place your order and quote you on any additional costs associated with shipping to your location.

how soon will you get your order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, generally within 2-3 days of receiving the order.  
  • For orders being picked-up > please place your order 3 days before your event (excluding weekends).
  • For orders being shipped locally > Toronto and surrounding areas - please place your order 5 business days before your event (excluding weekends).
  • For orders being shipped across Canada > please place your order 10 business days before your event as regular shipping takes between 7-10 business days (excluding weekends).

We are able to offer RUSH shipping (additional shipping charges will apply).  Please indicate during checkout that this is a RUSH order, and one of our team member will be in contact once the order is received to process the extra shipping charges.  All extra shipping charges (RUSH or remote locations) have to be collected before we can ship out your order.

do we deliver to businesses or PO Box?

Yes we do deliver to businesses, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be there to accept the shipment on your behalf.  We are not able to delivery to PO Box as we will need signature as a proof of delivery.

how will you know when the order has been shipped?

We will notify you via email once the order has been dispatched.  Where possible we will provide you with a tracking on your order.
