How long do balloons last?
Lolliloot takes great care in offering top quality balloons and balloon service. We use a special gel called Ultra Hi-Float at no extra charge to make you latex balloons last extra long. Regular latex balloons with helium and hi-float can last 3-5 days. Foil balloons with helium can last over a week if kept in a cool dry place.
Do I need to pre-order balloons?
* DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC NO WALK INS WILL BE ALLOWED. WE ARE STRICTLY CURBSIDE PICK UP OR DELIVERY. YOU CAN PRE ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR ORDER ONLINE. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. WE CANNOT ACCEPT CASH AT THIS TIME. FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP YOU CAN CALL ONCE YOU ARRIVE AND WE WILL BRING OUTSIDE. FOR DELIVERY WE WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ENTER A BUILDING, WE WILL CALL AND LEAVE OUTSIDE A HOUSE OR FOR AN APARTMENT WE WILL CALL ON ARRIVAL FOR YOU TO COME OUTSIDE. PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS HOME
Walk-ins are always welcome! However, if you have a large order, we will need the time to either order what you require and the time to inflate them and get your order ready. Therefore, for your convenience, it is best to pre-order on larger balloon orders.
Are the balloons ordered online inflated?
All balloons ordered through our online shop come inflated (pick up or delivery only). Except for balloons that state 'Air Filled' If you choose the shipping option the balloons are not inflated but are sent in an envelope with Canada Post.
How can I take the balloons home if I pick-up?
We offer special balloon bags for easy carrying. They fit up to 10-12 11” latex balloons and about two supershape foil balloons. Let us know prior to pick up and we will have the balloons all ready in the bag for you when you come to collect. All balloons for delivery are bagged except for pillars, clusters, garlands or jumbo latex
Can I inflate balloons I bring in from another shop?

Of course! Depending on the type and size, the price for helium will vary. We are not responsible for balloons that pop while we inflate them because we cannot guarantee the quality of the balloons purchased outside of lolliloot. We will however do our best to make them look great and last long!
Refunds or exchanges
* NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WHAT SO EVER DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. THIS IS TO AVOID ANY CONTACT WHAT SO EVER AT THIS TIME. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM THAT YOU MAY NOT BE SURE OF AS ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AT PRESENT. ONCE THE PANDEMIC IS OVER WE WILL THEN REASSESS OUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
No refunds are available on balloons within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Delivery Fee is not refundable.
Sometimes balloons burst, this is out of our control and we cannot refund on this basis. Colours may look different in images compared to their actual shade.
If you should have a balloon that bursts for pick or delivery this must be reported to us within 1 hour of the balloons arriving (for delivery) or leaving the store (if pick up). Please note after this time period we cannot accept any loss. You can either call us or email us. *this does not include balloons that have been shipped out*
No refunds or exchanges on any latex balloons or candy that have left the store for hygiene reasons.
For sales that have been shipped out on any item except latex balloons, candy or delivery fee we offer a 30 day return for refund. The item must be returned within the 30 day period in its original packaging unopened at your cost. We suggest you email us to advise you are sending a return so we are aware. Once we receive the item if it is in the condition as above we will refund you for the item but not the shipping or handling. We cannot be responsible for any loss and we suggest you send the item/s back with a tracking number and preferably to be signed for. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
For instore purchases we offer an exchange for any item except latex balloons, candy or delivery fee within a 30 day period as long as you have the original receipt. If you do not have your receipt exchange is discretionary. No refunds on these items
For delivery or pick up ordered on the website or over the phone contact must be made at least 24 hours before your delivery or pick up is due to discuss a credit or exchange.

If your event is cancelled for any reason even out with your control although we sympathize we do not refund..... we will aim to arrange a delivery slot for the new date but may have to charge a further delivery fee if we have to arrange staff especially for this.
If we cannot gain access to deliver your balloons or if we are turned away by concierge we will return the balloons to one of our stores for someone to collect or you can arrange another delivery slot but at your cost. We do recommend advising the receiving party or concierge to expect us before you order the balloons.
