IF MY BALLOON POPS WILL YOU REPLACE IT OR REFUND ME?
please note before you purchase balloons we cannot replace or refund any balloons once they have left the store or after delivery. We cannot control what happens once we have handed them over to you. It is unfortunate but sometimes balloons pop or misbehave. Our advice is keep them at room temperature, take them out the bag asap, keep away from sharp objects, watch out for spiky ceilings and hot lights, do not leave balloons in a hot vehicle and remember outside conditions make balloons more inclined to misbehave. Please don’t get mad at us when this happens and please don’t take offence when we try to reason with you by giving you reasons why balloons may pop… it just makes it awkward. Please also do not try to intimidate us as this also will not make any difference. We are a small business trying to make parties colourful and also make a living.
DO YOU SELL TANKS OF HELIUM?
NO we do not
CAN WE DO LAST MINUTE OR SAME DAY ORDERS?
We will try our very best to do any same day orders please call us if it’s during the day. If you place a large last minute order on the website during the night it has a 2 hour cut off for pick up or 12 hours for delivery (excluding any items that asked for more notice) please note if you place a large order over night we do not get the order until we are in the store so please don’t choose an early pick up time as we have to do the work for you with short notice. :)
WHY DO LATEX BALLOONS OPAQUE/OXIDIZE?
All latex balloons opaque immediately but it’s more noticeable in clear balloons with any change of temperature. If this bothers you please order foil balloons.
For more info on the science behind it please google “why do balloons opaque”. This is a perfectly normal occurrence in latex balloons. This has been noted on the description of every clear balloons and is also mentioned here. There will be no refunds for balloons oxidizing.
HOW LONG DO BALLOONS STAY INFLATED?
Lolliloot takes great care in offering top quality balloons and balloon service. We use a special gel called Ultra Hi-Float at no extra charge to make latex balloons last extra long. Regular latex balloons with helium and hi-float can last 3-5 days. Foil balloons with helium can last over a week if kept in a cool dry place. Tulle balloons and confetti balloons have a limited float time especially in hot conditions it is recommended to treat them as same day balloons.
To extend the life of your balloons we advise you to remove from bags and keep in a room temperature environment. IF BALLOONS ARE FOR AN OUTDOOR EVENT PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NO GUARANTEE IN HEAT AS HELIUM EXPANDS IN HEAT AND BALLOONS WILL HAVE A LIMITED LIFE OUTDOORS
DO THE BALLOONS COME INFLATED AND WITH STRING?
All balloons ordered through our online shop come inflated (pick up or delivery only). Except for balloons that state 'Air Fill’ If you choose the shipping option the balloons are not inflated but are sent in an envelope with Canada Post. We attach string to every helium inflated balloon but remember to order weights if required.
HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY BALLOONS WHICH I PICK UP?
We offer special balloon bags for easy carrying free of charge. They fit up to 10-12 11” latex balloons and about two supershape foil balloons. All balloons for delivery are bagged except for pillars, clusters, garlands or jumbo latex. WE ADVISE YOU REMOVE THE BALLOONS FROM THE BAG ONCE YOU GET HOME. DO NOT LEAVE BALLOONS IN YOUR CAR ESPECIALLY IN HEAT.
DO YOU INFLATE BALLONS THAT I ALREADY HAVE?
Yes we do. To advise we need to see your balloons so please bring them in to the store so we can advise and price accordingly. We usually can fill most foil balloons that are helium quality. We do not fill poor quality latex balloons and advise you to purchase our high quality latex instead. If you choose for us to inflate your own balloons we strictly charge before inflation and we cannot refund any money should the balloons burst. We strongly advise to purchase our balloons where if they burst during inflation we would replace the balloon whilst in the store. please note we cannot give an “estimate” on the phone as we cannot see the balloon. Please bring into the store to avoid confusion.

* once you leave the store or we have delivered your balloons we do not offer any refund what so ever. Sometimes balloons pop, we all know it and it is completely outwith our control once they are in your possession so there will be no refunds on any balloon once it has left the store or delivery vehicle.
IF YOU REARRANGE YOUR EVENT AND WE OFFER TO HOLD IT FOR A LATER DATE FOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP IT IS UP TO YOU TO CONTACT US TO REARRANGE ON A DAY WE ARE OPEN AND DELIVERING. No refund will be given in this instance and no credit is given. We will allow you to keep the same items or exchange colours etc but if no further contact is made within 30 days your order will go back in stock with no refund. We will not “chase” you. This is your responsibility to contact us before making a further order and not our fault “you” forgot.
DO YOU DO ONSITE DECORATING?
No we do not do any onsite decorating whatsoever. We deliver for you to set up.

WHAT IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY ORDER?
if you choose not to pick up your pre paid order we do not contact you. It is up to you to arrive at the date and time you selected at checkout or over the phone. If you cannot remember what date and time you selected please contact us by replying to the email receipt you were sent when you paid (or the time you asked for on the phone if you called the order in).
we do not stay back for orders not collected - we leave the store at the last pre arranged pick up so we are not always in the store.
we do not offer a refund for any item not picked up and after the item/s have not been claimed we put the item back in stock and fulfill the order with no credit unless contact has been made within the 30 days.
PLEASE NOTE WE KEEP OUR PRICES AS LOW AS WE POSSIBLY CAN AND FOR THAT REASON WE DO NOT OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS. - Recently we seem to get a lot of email requests asking for discounts and we no longer respond to these as we feel all our customers gain from us keeping our prices as low as possible.
