LOOT BAGS

What is the difference between the $5 and the $6.50 loot bags?
Our $5 loot bags include a $5 activity or toy packaged in our classic packaging in cello bag and a topper. Our $6.50 loot bags include a $6.50 activity or toy and a lollipop packaged in our classic packaging.

Can I add in more than 1 item into the loot bags?
Feel free to purchase as many items as you wish from our store & we are more than happy to wrap it all up for you (packaging will be modified depending on the size of the items).  During checkout, please specify in Order Notes clear instructions and one of LolliLoot's team member will be in touch to confirm your order.

I ordered too many bags, can I return the extra ones?
As per our refund policy - all candy bar items are FINAL SALE.  All other goods must be returned in its original packaging unopened within 30 days from purchase date.  Please refer to our full refund policy upon checkout.

Do I have to pre-order or can I visit the store and purchase on-site? 
We recommend pre-ordering if you require a large amount or want a specific themed bag.  Our inventory changes regularly.  LolliLoot bags are always available in store for drop-in purchases, however, quantities and themes may differ from the website.

Are all of the products that you carry in your brick and mortar store listed on your online store?
The online shop is constantly changing and highlights the items in our brick and mortar store. If you have visited our store or seen something on facebook or instagram that we don't offer online, please contact us. We're happy to take your order over the phone.

What if the item I am looking for is out of stock?
If an item you are looking for is out of stock, do not hesitate to give us a call or email us and we can let you know if we will be receiving the item before your order is due for pick-up or delivery. If not, we are more than happy to suggest some alternative similar items.

Do you offer custom loot bags with customized topper?
Yes we do!  If you have a specific theme in mind, send us an email or call us and we will provide a list of suggestions and prices for you.  We can customize any topper based on your theme for a small extra fee, please contact us.

I received my order and the lollipop and/or item is damaged? 
We take the utmost care in packing all our goods, however, damage does happen.  Please check your shipment thoroughly when you receive your order and please report any damages to LolliLoot immediately via email info@lolliloot.com.  LolliLoot might request for damaged goods to be send back to LolliLoot and LolliLoot reserves the right to credit or replace the item depending on availability.

Do you offer bulk discount?
We pride ourselves in offering quality and beautifully packaged loot bags at a competitive price.  For this reason, we do not offer any bulk discount.

BALLOON BAR

How long do balloons last?
Lolliloot takes great care in offering top quality balloons and balloon service. We use a special gel called Ultra Hi-Float at no extra charge to make you latex balloons last extra long. Regular latex balloons with helium and hi-float can last over a week. Foil balloons with helium can also last over a week if kept in a cool dry place.
 
Do I need to pre-order balloons?
Walk-ins are always welcome!  However, if you have a large order, we will need the time to either order what you require and the time to inflate them and get your order ready. Therefore, for your convenience, it is best to pre-order on larger balloon orders. 

Are the balloons ordered online inflated?
All balloons ordered through our online shop comes uninflated.  Should you need your balloons filled with helium, please contact or visit our store
 
How can I take the balloons home if I pick-up?
We offer special balloon bags for easy carrying. They fit up to 10-12 11” latex balloons and about two supershape foil balloons. Let us know prior to pick up and we will have the balloons all ready in the bag for you when you come in.
  
Can I inflate balloons I bring in from another shop?
Of course! Depending on the type and size, the price for helium will vary. We are not responsible for balloons that pop while we inflate them because we cannot guarantee the quality of the balloons purchased outside of lolliloot. We will however do our best to make them look great and last long!

Refund on Balloon Purchases.

Sorry, but we cannot give a refund on balloons after they have been collected. Sometimes balloons burst, this is out of our control. Colours may look different in images compared to their actual shade. 

Do you give bulk discount for balloons?
We do offer bulk discount for ordering a large quantity of balloons.  Please contact us for your balloons needs and we will provide a quote for your event.

CANDY BAR

Is the lollipop in the loot bags sugar or nut-free?
Although the lollipops we use do not contain nuts we cannot guarantee they are nut-free. Lollipops do contain sugar.
 
Do you offer nut-free candies?
At LolliLoot, we take allergies seriously. Let us know upon ordering about any nut allergies and we will suggest alternatives.

Can I order custom candy bags?
Of course!  We offer customization for our candy bags.  Please contact us at 416.652.2552 or email us info@lolliloot.com about your event or party and we will provide a list of suggestions and pricing.

Do you provide candy bar or candy buffet services for off-site event?
If you are looking for a candy bar or candy buffet for your event or party, we would love to be part of it!  Please get in touch with us and let us know what you are looking for, and we will source the candy for you.
