Refund policy

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WHAT SO EVER.  
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM THAT YOU MAY NOT BE SURE OF AS ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

No refunds are available on balloons or any other item once it has been purchased.
Delivery Fee is also not refundable.

Sometimes balloons burst, it’s science and this is out of our control and we cannot refund on this basis.
We do not replace any balloon that has left the store.
Colours may look different in images compared to their actual shade.  

For sales that have been shipped out on any item WE NO LONGER OFFER ANY RETURN WHATSOEVER AS WE ARE CLEARING OUR PARTY INVENTORY OUT. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS.  
 For damages the item must be returned within the 30 day period in its original packaging unopened at your cost. We suggest you email us to advise you are sending a return so we are aware. We do not refund on postal damage this is up to you to contact Canada post.  Once we receive the item if it is in the condition as above we will refund you for the item but not the shipping or handling.  We cannot be responsible for any loss and we suggest you send the item/s back with a tracking number and preferably to be signed for. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.  For any refund there is a 5% restocking/payment charge as we still pay the transaction cost even if we refund and a $5 refund charge.

Please note we do not refund based on any postal strike. Please ensure you are aware of this before purchasing.

For in store purchases there are no refunds or exchanges what so ever. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days and you must have a receipt which is up to you to ask for. You have to bring the item in the store to discuss.

For delivery or pick up ordered on the website or over the phone contact must be made at least 24 hours before your delivery or pick up is due to discuss a credit or exchange. We will not refund but we will allow you to use your credit for 30 days since the date of order if the order has not been started.  If contact has not been made then items are added to stock (within 30 days for party ware but balloons will be destroyed if blown up within a week) if you do not appear for your order.  If this is a personalized item there will be no exchange or credit as we print off the details on order and this cannot be reused.
* no refunds or credit or exchange on delivery fee. - delivery fee will not be credited or refunded under any circumstance as we will have refused other orders for this time.

If your event is cancelled for any reason even out with your control although we sympathize we do not refund.....   we will aim to arrange a delivery slot for the new date but may have to charge a further delivery fee if we have to arrange staff especially for this.

If we cannot gain access to deliver your balloons/party items or if we are turned away by concierge we will return the items to our store for someone to collect or you can arrange another delivery slot but at your cost.  We do recommend advising the receiving party or concierge to expect us before you order the balloons. Lately a lot of concierges are refusing to take deliveries - we cannot be responsible for this.

*If for any reason we due process any refund for online orders please note there is a 5% restocking/transaction fee and a $5 refund fee. This is because we still get charged for the transaction you chose to make and we will not incur a loss for your change of mind this is even if you change your mind on the same day*
