    • includes 3 coordinating tassels 
    • balloons may pop in warm conditions as helium expands
    • Inflated to approx 30 inches to avoid popping.
    • Helium inflation only available for pick up or delivery.  Delivery or pick up can be arranged by proceeding to your cart located on the top right of homepage 
    • if you choose to pick up please measure your car before purchasing as these balloons are jumbo. No refund will be given if you cannot transport.
    • Cannot be shipped - if you choose the shipping option you will receive a balloon with NO helium 
    • clear balloons will opaque/oxidize.  This is normal for balloons but more obvious in clear latex balloons. Change of temperature speeds up the process.
